The amazing thing about this particular scene, is that the director was actually arrested in Milan shortly after the films premiere on charges for obscenity, but later they actually accused him of murdering the 4 actors in the film and using real bodies for the above scene. He was later cleared of all charges when it became apparent that all the actors were alive and healthy having appeared at several premieres of the film. (In other words, the authorities in Milan are fucking stupid)

This is a testament to the power of traditional horror effects over CGI.
